Musican Daryl Hall Discusses Lyme Disease Battle TTC Board Member and reporter Brooke Landau will interviewed her good friend Daryl Hall (of singing duo Hall & Oates) who performed at TTC’s 2007 gala, Unmask A Cure. Brooke sat down with Daryl recently in San Diego (where she reports for ABC/Ch. 10) and spoke with the music sensation about his music and his difficult struggle with Lyme. This is the singer's first ever (and only)LOCAL news interview -- and he did it for Brooke and for the Lyme community.
VH1 MUSIC FIRST FOR THURSDAY, OCTOBER 25TH: DARYL HALL OPENS UP ABOUT LYME DISEASE. Hall and Oates’s Daryl Hall will give a brief performance next week to help raise money for Lyme disease, an ailment which the singer suffers from. Hall will participate in a Q&A and perform a song called “The Ballad of the Deer Tic,” written by his own doctor, Richard Horowitz. Horowitz will be in attendance, since he’s receiving the 2007 Humanitarian Award at the event on Thursday in New York City.
