Our fourth annual fundraising gala, Unmask A Cure, was held on Thursday, November 5, 2009 at the Edison Ballroom in New York City! Guests enjoyed a fun evening of cocktails, a dinner reception, silent and live auctions and a sweepstakes. The Edison Ballroom is located at 240 West 47th Street (bet. Broadway and 8th Ave).

The evening honored Daniel Cameron, MD, MPH with the 2009 Humanitarian Award; Ann Corson, MD with the 2009 Physicians Training Program Impact Award; and Peter Hilf with the 2009 Vision of Hope Award. Courage Awards were presented to the following individuals for their brave fights with Lyme disease: Thomas Balsamo, Monica S. Bolesta, PHD, Doug Fearn, Toren Gordon Kutnick, Richard E. Lamotta, Judy Landis Setting, Gail Sheffer and Gail Urbach. The evening's MC was Peter Alexander, NBC News correspondent. Music was provided by Rhythm in Motion and Jesse Itzler led the exciting live auction.
